PLANO – Argon Medical Devices is taking 25,000 sf in the Headquarters I building within Legacy Town Center at the Dallas North Tollway and Headquarters Dr.
The 160,000-sf building opened in 2013 and is a project of Heady Investments.
Randy Heady & Co Realtors Inc. negotiated the lease, which brings the building occupancy to more than 90 percent.
