PFLUGERVILLE – MC Cos. has acquired The Sage at 1825 and Sage Cottages, two adjacent multifamily properties.
The new owner will rebrand the communities at 15835 Foothill Farms Loop as a single property called The Place at 1825.
It will have 455 studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pool, clubhouse, business center, fitness center, soccer field, dog park, and playground.
CBRE arranged acquisition financing.
