NEW BRAUNFELS – Casey Development is building Tacara at Gruene, a 300-unit apartment community at 2025 Hunter Rd.
The community have have one- to three-bedroom units, a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and dog park.
Construction will be complete in fall 2022.
CBRE arranged construction financing for the project.
