AUSTIN – Flintco LLC is building a 90,000-sf cargo facility on 12 acres on the northwest side of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
The facility will include 10,000 sf of office space for 150 employees. It will also include room for three aircraft parking spaces.
The airport will lease the property to up to four tenants.
Construction begins in April.
