FRISCO – Presidium is adding a 338-unit rental community to the Frisco Square development.
The 337,000-sf apartment building at Cotton Gin Rd. and Church St. was designed by O’Brien Architects.
Amenities will include a club room, cinema lounge, golf simulator, theater room, fitness center, co-working lounge pavilion, rooftop terrace, pool, courtyards, dog spa, and dog park.
Completion is set for mid-2023.
