Built in 2020, the property has one- and two-bedroom units. Rents range from $1,269 to $1,850 per month.
Amenities include a pool, fireplace, clubhouse with a fitness center and business center, Internet cafe, and entertainment room.
IPA brokered the sale on behalf of the seller and developer, Koontz Corp.
