FORT WORTH – Cadence McShane Construction Co. has delivered Broadway Chapter, a 242-unit multifamily project built for CRG Real Estate Solutions.
Situated on two acres at 401 Hemphill St. in the Near Southside District, the 320,000-sf complex has studio and one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities include 4,500 sf of common space, a fitness studio, coffee bar, library, lounge, Zoom rooms, pool, recreational area, dog run, outdoor grilling areas, fire pit, sun deck, and 98,000-sf parking garage.
