AUSTIN – Capella Commercial LLC is breaking ground on Arena Tower, a 493,000-sf office high-rise at 10615 Burnet Rd.
About half of the 19-story high-rise will be dedicated to office space.
There will be 25,010 sf of space for five retail tenants on the ground floor.
Levels two through ten will be reserved for parking, and a public terrace with collaborative space is planned for the 11th floor.
Construction begins in the first half of 2022.
