Mixed-use project planned for Express-News building

​​SAN ANTONIO – An affiliate of Sutton Co. is buying the 303,000-sf building at 301 Ave. E. from the San Antonio Express-News newspaper. 

The developer will turn the eight-story asset into a mixed-use project with a hotel, condos, and apartments.
