SAN ANTONIO – Easterly Government Properties Inc. and an unnamed partner has acquired the 226,148-sf San Antonio Northwest Health Care Center currently underway at SH 151 and Rogers Rd.
The $19.4 million facility will have 128 exam rooms and offer general and mental health, surgery, imaging, lab, pharmacy, and CT/MR services. It will be completely leased to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The purchase is part of a 1.2 million-sf portfolio with ten VA properties across the U.S.
