SAN ANTONIO – Country Club Village Apartments, a senior living community at 3500 Magic Dr., will undergo a $60 million renovation and expansion project.
Prospera Housing and Community Services and Versa Development LLC will renovate existing units and add 187 apartments.
The project will also include a pool, fitness center, computer lab, and classrooms.
