DALLAS – A partnership between Fenway Capital Advisors and Waterfall Asset Management will redevelop Campbell Centre, an 878,564-sf office complex at the southeast corner of N. Central Expy. and Loop 12.
The two-building property, which will be renamed The Gild, was originally built in the 1970s.
The project will add tenant lounges, a boutique café, and conference center as well as update restrooms and corridors, expand tenant suites, and develop a connecting park between the two buildings.
Gensler is designing the project. Stream Realty Partners is the leasing agent.
Renovations will begin immediately and be complete in the first quarter of 2023.
