SAN ANTONIO – Catellus is developing a residential project near the intersection of E. Cesar Chavez Blvd. and I-37 in the Victoria Commons neighborhood.
The project will include 86 single-family homes and townhomes and between 330 and 430 apartments.
Construction will begin next year.
