AUSTIN – Kilroy Realty Corp. has purchased the 730,000-sf Indeed Tower at 200 W. Sixth St.
The 36-story Class A building has a fitness center, conference center, and outdoor terraces.
The building was 57 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants include Indeed, Vinson & Elkins, Heritage Title, and Brown Advisory.
