CANYON LAKE – Will Korioth is breaking ground on The Bluffs on the Guadalupe, a 242-home community at 11501 FM 306.
The luxury single-family home community will include 155 acres of ranch land.
Amenities will include a 1.7-mile hike-and-bike trail, natural swimming lagoons, and swimming pools.
