BASTROP – Moca Ventures Nebraska LLC is developing its headquarters on 26.5 acres within the Bastrop Business and Industrial Park.
The three-building, 70,000-sf property will create up to 700 jobs.
Amenities will include an amphitheater, open space, water features, and bike trails.
Construction on the first two buildings begins within nine months.
