SAN ANTONIO – Urban Genesis LLC is developing three apartment communities totaling 179 units in the Tobin Hill neighborhood.
The projects include:

Sojo Highline, a 58-unit complex at 719 E. Locust St.;

Elmira Highline, a 61-unit complex at 827 E. Elmira St.; and
-
a 60-unit complex at a site under contract.
The complexes will have one- to three-bedroom units with monthly rents ranging from $1,300 to $1,500.
Construction begins next summer and will take up to 15 months.
