HOUSTON – The Republic Business Center, a 157-acre industrial project at 11333 N. Gessner Rd., is nearing completion.
The developer is locally based National Property Holdings.
The Home Depot and Amazon signed leases for 657,600 and 141,360 sf, respectively.
Colliers International represented the landlord in both lease negotiations.
