AUSTIN – Pennybacker Capital and Lost Herd Enterprises have broken ground on a three-story office building at 1515 Cesar Chavez St.
Amenities will include outdoor terraces, showers, bicycle storage facilities, and underground parking.
Construction will be complete in August 2022.
