AUSTIN – Arrive Logistics has signed a lease extension and expansion at MetCenter Business Park.
The company renewed 78,000 sf of space within buildings 14 and 15 and leased an additional 38,000 sf in the latter.
Other tenants at the business park include Amazon, Ascension Seton, Texas Health & Human Services Commission, and Power Home Remodeling.
