GEORGETOWN – Stonelake Capital Partners is developing Georgetown Logistics Park, a 625,000-sf industrial center at the southwest corner of I-35 and SH 130 along Aviation Dr.
Construction begins in first quarter 2022. The first 432,360-sf space will open in third quarter 2022. The project will be completed the following quarter.
