DALLAS – Buchanan Street Partners has snapped up the 4600 Ross rental community at Ross and Annex Avenues.
The four-story project totals 300 apartments.
Built on the former site of the Credit Union of Texas, the apartments were developed by Cypress Real Estate Advisors.
