ATHENS – Profectus Multifamily Capital has purchased a vacant Quality Inn & Suites hotel to convert it into a 122-unit apartment community.
The hotel was built on a 14-acre site in 1981.
The complex will offer a fitness center, business center, dog park, outdoor recreational areas, and restaurant/coffee shop.
The Multifamily Group represented the buyer.
