AUSTIN – Mark IV Capital is developing The District, a 65.5-acre mixed-use project near I-35 and SH 45.
The development will include three million sf of office space, 230,000 sf of retail space, 1,600 multifamily units, and a 250-room hotel.
The first phase will add a 207,000-sf office building, parking garage, coffee shop, and city infrastructure.
Phase one will be complete by 2022.
