AUSTIN – Ryan Companies and Tishman Speyer are developing 321 West, a 58-story mixed-use tower at 321 W. Sixth St.
The property will include 140,000 sf of office space, 300,000 sf of residential space, and ground-floor retail.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness studio, game room, roof-deck lounge, co-working areas, and pet areas.
Construction begins in late 2021.
