ROSENBERG – Wet Sounds has opened a 118,386-sf warehouse, fabrication and office facility.
Designed and built by Houston-based KDW, the building is on 27 acres at 2975 Louise St.
The site, near Airport Ave., has been master-planned to accommodate 275,000 sf of future development.
