M2G Ventures picks up 142K-sf Arlington industrial building

​​ARLINGTON – M2G Ventures has acquired a 141,658-sf industrial building on 8.6 acres at 3500 Ave. East.

The property has 18-ft c​lear heights, 148-ft truck court depths, and 4,000 sf of office space.

M2G Ventures will implement a value-add program that will deliver storefront upgrades, roof repairs, enhanced power, lighting, landscaping and paving, and exterior updates. ​
