FRISCO – The Kilby apartments in Frisco Square has been sold to Chicago-based Equity Residential.
Toll Brothers and Daiwa House Group built the community at 8455 Grace St., just east of the Dallas North Tollway.
The 258-room, four-story property opened in 2021.
