SAN ANTONIO – Churchill Forge Properties has purchased Celeste at La Cantera from developers USAA Real Estate and Cambridge Development Group.
The 300-unit apartment community was built in 2018 at 6107 Via La Cantera. The property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, and sky lounge.
Institutional Property Advisors represented the sellers and procured the buyer.
CBRE arranged a 12-year, $39.9 million acquisition loan on behalf of the new ownership.
