THE WOODLANDS – The Howard Hughes Corp. has opened its second local multifamily project at 8440 Creekside Green Dr. within the Creekside Park Village Center.
Called Creekside Park The Grove, the community consists of six four-story buildings and 360 units.
Units range from 680 to 1,490 sf and include one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a pet park, outdoor fire pit and lounge, grilling areas, 24-hour package delivery room, club house, pool, cabana, wet bar, fitness areas, and coworking space.
Dallas-based Humphreys & Partners Architects designed unit interiors.
With the project, Howard Hughes invested $270,000 in reforestation for the community.
