SAN ANTONIO – New York-based Sun Equity has purchased a four-building multifamily portfolio for $108.7 million.
The properties, which total 1,230 units, were all built between 1964 and 1986.
New York-based Rosewood Realty represented both the buyer and the seller, locally based Kairoi Residential.
