FRISCO – Blue Star Land and Lincoln Property Co. are building an office building in The Star.
HKS Architects designed the 11-story, 313,000-sf office tower. It will include an 8,000-sf amenity lounge and 100-seat conference center.
Cain Watters & Associates is the first company to prelease space at the tower. Construction will start by the end of this month.
The building marks the start of the $1.5 billion, 91-acre Dallas Cowboys headquarters and mixed-use destination.
