HOUSTON – Amsterdam-based Spaces has opened a new location in GreenStreet at 1201 Fannin St.
The 50,000-sf location has three floors of coworking space, 95 offices, seven meeting rooms, dedicated desks, four kitchens, on-site café, a virtual office service, and rooftop deck.
GreenStreet is owned by locally based Lionstone Investments in a joint venture with investors and Midway.
