HALTOM CITY – Creation, in partnership with Crow Holdings Capital, has broken ground on Northmark Commerce Center.
The 234,000-sf Class A logistics facility will be at the northeast corner of Old Denton Rd. and N. Beach St.
Delivery is slated for late 2022.
LGE Design Build designed the project. Holt Lunsford Commercial is handling leasing.
