FORNEY – Victory Real Estate Group will develop The Victory Shops at Forney, a 26-acre retail project at 485 Marketplace Blvd.
Phase I will consist of 44,000 sf across four buildings, while the second phase will include the remaining 160,000 sf.
Tenants will include Kohl’s, Aspen Dental, Jamba Juice, Chiloso Tex-Mex, The Joint Chiropractic, Mod Pizza, and My Eye Lab.
The first phase will start in mid-September and be complete in first quarter 2022.
DuWest Realty will handle leasing.
