MAGNOLIA – Austin-based Stratus Properties Inc. has broken ground on Magnolia Place, a mixed-use development at Spur 149 Rd. and FM 1488.
The project will include four retail buildings, five retail pad sites, 194 single-family lots, and 500 multifamily units.
H-E-B will occupy a 95,000-sf grocery store on 18 acres adjacent to the development.
Phase one, which includes two retail buildings, the retail pad sites, and infrastructure, is currently under construction.
