HOUSTON – California-based JFC International has signed a full-building, 134,800-sf industrial lease at the Langfield Distribution Center.
The Class A building sits on 8.5 acres and has 56 parking spaces and 33 trailer parking stalls.
Colliers International represented the landlord, Boston-based Cabot Properties. CBRE represented the tenant.
