IRVING – Shreem Capital has begun construction on the 150-room Hotel Indigo at 455 E. John Carpenter Fwy.
The six-story project will include a full-service restaurant, 3,300 sf of meeting space, a swimming pool, and fitness center.
Type Six Design & Development provided architecture and engineering for the project.
