MANOR – Elmington Capital Group is developing Yager Flats, a $73 million affordable apartment project.
Amenities in the 300-unit community will include a clubhouse, community room, fitness center, pool, and playground.
Barings is providing $43.5 million in permanent financing.
Red Stone Equity Partners and Bank of America are also involved in the project.
