ARP – The developers of the High Hill Farm Resort and Spa are developing a master-planned community adjacent to its Smith County resort.
High Hill Development will be on 85 acres at 12626 CR 217. It will include 110 single- and two-story homes and 14 condominiums.
Amenities include hiking trails, bike paths, a chapel, amphitheater, six-bay automated golf range, golf course, infinity pool, sunset bar, lake activities and retail market space.
Residents and guests will have full use of the adjacent High Hill Farm Resort and Spa.
High Hill Management Company will maintain grounds and coordinate vacation rental management. Mooty + Young will sell the homes.
