HOUSTON – The Tanglewood Corp. is constructing a $300 million, 33-story condominium tower in the Tanglewood neighborhood.
Most units will range from 2,500 to 10,000 sf, with the majority being more than 5,000 sf. Prices will be upward of $3 million.
Amenities will include a skyline pool deck, landscaped gardens, smart-home technology, and exercise, social, and business facilities.
The project will be on 1.3 acres at 1661 Tanglewood Blvd. near San Felipe St.
The site is currently home to Tanglewood Corp.’s ranch-style office building, which opened in 1949. The company will have an office within the new tower, which will include three levels of underground parking.
Jackson & Ryan Architects designed the tower.
Groundbreaking is set for early 2022.
