HOUSTON, SAN ANTONIO – Four multifamily properties totaling 1,103 units have been sold.
Broadstone Oak Hills and Hawthorne House were sold to River Rock Capital. The assets are at 7714 Louis Pasteur Dr. and 7403 Wurzbach Rd. near the South Texas Medical Center.
Equinox and 5755 Hermann Park were sold to Sun Holdings. They are near the Texas Medical Center at 2950 Old Spanish Trl. and 5755 Almeda Rd.
Alliance Residential sold Broadstone Oak Hills, Hawthorne House, and Equinox. M-M Properties sold 5755 Hermann Park.
Newmark brokered the sales.
