AUSTIN – San Antonio-based LYND Co. has purchased Legends at Lake Creek, a 250-unit apartment community in the Anderson Mill area.
Built in 2001 at 10015 Lake Creek Pkwy., the property offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a pool, resident clubhouse, coffee bar, dog park, fitness center, and playground.
Greystone provided a $41.2 billion bridge loan on behalf of the buyer.
