HOUSTON – Bethesda, Md.-based Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. has purchased the Hotel Alessandra for $65 million.
The 223-room hotel is at 1070 Dallas St. in downtown.
The property has been closed since Jan. 6, 2021, due to the effects of COVID-19 pandemic on the hospitality industry.
JLL represented the seller, locally based Midway.
