CYPRESS – Houston-based Venterra Realty will construct its first ground-up multifamily development on 12.78 acres near the intersection of Tuckerton and Fry Roads.
The 336-unit project will offer units ranging from 607 to 1,606 sf. Monthly rents will be from $1,560 to $4,164.
Amenities will include a 8,600-sf clubhouse, resort style pool, outdoor lounge, fitness center, yoga/spin room, business center, coworking spaces, and package lockers.
