The 690-unit multifamily community is at 4600 N. Josey Ln.
Amenities include two pools, a lap pool and splash pad, outdoor lounges, a resident clubhouse with WeWork collaborative workspaces, and fitness studio featuring Peloton Bikes.
CBRE represented the seller.
