WICHITA FALLS – An affiliate of Panda Biotech has purchased a 473,000-sf, 97-acre industrial project.
The rail-served property has two buildings measuring 350,000 and 123,000 sf. Combined, the buildings have 20,000 sf of office space, 45-ft clear heights, 12 dock doors, and 621 parking spaces.
The buyer will implement a $47 million renovation program.
