GEORGETOWN – BlackRidge Capital LLC and partners will break ground next month on the Woodgate Corporate Park.
The 12-acre flex project will have two buildings totaling 116,624 sf. It is across from the Georgetown Municipal Airport. Preleasing has already begun.
Completion is slated for first quarter 2022.
