125-acre mixed-use development underway in Grand Prairie

PictureGRAND PRAIRIE – The city and Omniplan have created a preliminary masterplan for Gateway at Grand Prairie, a 124.5-acre mixed-use development near I-30 a​nd Belt Line Rd.

Plans include retail space, a hotel, apartments, and 2.5 million sf of office space.
