DALLAS – The Kor Group has purchased the 21-story Gables Uptown Tower on McKinney Ave.
Built in 1986, the tower has 200 rental units and 15,000 sf of ground-floor retail space.
The building is 90 percent occupied with rents starting at $1,200.
JLL marketed the property.
